Job Location: In a reputed multinational company,
Duration of Contact: 5yrs renewable contact
Academic Qualification: BBA with major in HR (preferred) with CGPA not less than 3.0 out of 4.0 scale
Job Level: Entry Level
Required Qualification: 2-4 years of relevant experience in a reputed multinational company.
Job Responsibilities:
- FTE Payroll processing
- Preparation & Communication of various employee related documents, e.g. pay slips, invitation letters, acceptance of resignations, joining letters, salary certificates etc.
- Employee onboarding, exit, transfers, etc. operational support
- Compensation Management
- Various sorts of report generation & reconciliation
- External stakeholder management, e.g. banks, Insurance company, HR support agencies, Auditors,
- Preparation of all relevant Purchase Requisitions, i.e. - for Vendor Payment, Trainings, Other HR events etc.
- Manually keeping track of Trainings and participant lists.
