Position: HR and Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management

  • Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new staff.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and performance appraisal systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and school policies.

Administrative Operations

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth school operations.
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
  • Oversee procurement of office supplies and maintenance of school facilities.
  • Organize school events, meetings, and training sessions.

Communication and Liaison

  • Serve as a point of contact between the school administration and external stakeholders.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and official documents.
  • Address inquiries from parents, staff, and visitors.

Policy Implementation

  • Develop and enforce administrative policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that school operations align with the institution's mission and values.

Expected Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably within educational institutions.
  • Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Nature: Full-Time

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Timing: 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM

  • Maintaining Islamic Sunnah and appropriate dress code

Job Location: Lalmatia, Dhaka

Salary: Negotiable

Other Facilities:

  • 2 Festival Bonuses yearly (60% of monthly salary)
