The Company is always on the look-out for intelligent, energetic, self-driven and result-oriented people. Currently we have opening for following position in Marketing Pharma Division.

Position: Product Manager, Marketing Pharma

Main Responsibilities:

Prepare promotional plans and marketing strategies on assigned portfolio products.
Monitor the competitors' marketing, sales strategies, and submit reports on a regular basis.
Increase the market share and profitability.
Carry out different types of analysis like profitability and sales trend analysis.
Develop promotional materials during product launch and defining necessary promotional activities for establishing new products.
Provide required inputs in the process of new product developments and to bring changes (if required) on the existing products.
Able to work under stress and be prepared to go on frequent tours outside Dhaka.
Ensure academic support on community of doctors by answering queries related to medical and technical aspects along with published documents.
Meeting key Doctors all over the country.
Analyzing Internal Sales.
Handling the queries of our field force.
Prepare various reports on the performance of the products on a regular basis.
Develop product manuals.

Required Education & Experience

M. Pharm with B. Pharm from any reputed educational Institution
MBA will be given preference
Experienced candidate with 3-10 years in pharmaceutical Industry will be given preference.

Additional Requirements

Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Age 25-35 years.
Ability to work as a team member.
Excellent Communication Skill in Bangla and English.
Ability to deal with people from diverse perspectives.
Good command over MS- Office.
Self-motivated and proactive in producing and delivering outputs.
