Position : Sr. Officer, Sales & Marketing

- We seek a dynamic, results-oriented Sr. Officer for our Textile Chemicals Sales & Marketing team. The role involves driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies in the textile industry.
Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with senior management team to set sales goals and forecast future sales performance.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customer needs.
- Lead and motivate the sales and marketing teams, providing guidance to achieve their targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationship with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and peruse new business opportunities by establishing relationship with potential customers and principles.
- Address customer concerns and feedback promptly to maintain a high level of customer service.
- Monitor sales performance and marketing metrics to access the effectiveness of strategies.
- Provide regular report and analysis to the management team, identifies areas to improvement.
- Coordinates with principles to meet customer demands.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, contracts, and transactions for reporting and auditing purpose.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology
- Skills Required: Sales, Marketing, Textile Engineering, Dealing or selling raw materials for industry, Sales Management and Distribution

- 2 to 3 year(s)
