Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.
• Organize site visits for prospective clients.
• Track and report on sales progress to management.
• Oversee all sales and marketing initiatives, including market research and monthly target achievement.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities through various channels.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate / Graduate from a recognized university.
• Proven experience as a marketing manager or in a similar role.
• Skilled in MS Office and marketing software.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Resilience and effectiveness under pressure.

Experience Requirements

• Extensive marketing and sales experience.
