Job Responsibilities 

• Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property  
• Arranging Site Visits for the potential clients 
• Report regular sales progress to the management 
• Manage overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, Achieving monthly targets  
• Identifies, qualifies, and cultivates new sales opportunities through multiple mediums. 
• Achieving monthly targets 

Employment Status: Full-Time 

Requirements 

• BBA/MBA in marketing from any reputed university or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a marketing manager or similar role 
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing-based software 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Ability to work under pressure
