Technical Services Officer

We are looking for smart, energetic, hard-working & self-motivated young graduates for the position of Technical Services Officer (TSO) to support our continuous growth in the area of diagnostics equipment and reagents. The deserving candidates should be equipped with appropriate skills and optimum knowledge to develop our business by achieving the sales targets precisely.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to promote diagnostics equipment and reagents to the targeted clients and also build a strong relationship with the users & organizations for creating the company`s brand image.
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education and also after-sales support service like technical back up as required.
• Analyzing costs and sales and keeping customer records.
• Meeting regular sales target and coordinating sales projects.

Academic:

• B.Sc in Electrical Engineering / Biomedical Engineering or Master of Science in any discipline from any well reputed University.

Other Qualifications

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commendable communication skills in English and Bangla.
• Below 30 years of age.

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.
