We are seeking a highly skilled PHP, Laravel Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Laravel Framework and PHP development, as well as experience leading and mentoring development teams. The successful candidate will work on developing high-performance, scalable, and secure web applications and services.

Location: Niketon, Gulshan 1, Dhaka

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and maintain robust and scalable web applications and services using PHP and Laravel
  • Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of the front-end and back-end systems
  • Lead and mentor development teams to deliver high-quality code
  • Collaborate with other developers, project managers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
  • Optimize performance and scalability of web applications and services
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies

Qualifications:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in PHP and Laravel development
  • Experience leading and mentoring development teams
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns
  • Experience with MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Firebase Realtime Database, Redis are preferable 
  • Strong experience with RESTful APIs and third-party API integrations
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Experience Required:

  •  At least 3-5 years of experience in PHP and Laravel development
