Requirements

Education

  • B.Sc./M.SC in Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Food Engineering/ Food Technology and Nutrition from any reputed University.
  • Diploma in Food technology are also eligible for highly experienced candidate.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 to 8 year(s) in food Product development, Quality Assurance, Production, Quality Control in Food Manufacturing/Beverage
  • Initiate R&D innovation which results in the development of new products to support marketing program/ promotion to deliver 100% customer satisfaction and achieve company’s business goals
  • Conduct shelf-life studies and stability testing.
  • Should have sound knowledge to maintain quality control, development & innovation of Juice &
    beverage Item and provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the Product
    development, Innovation, Quality control & assurance.
  • Able to formulate Production SOP as well as ISO, GMP, HACCP standard implementation for
    factory plant.
  • Able to audit face regarding regulatory bodies such as BSTI, ISO etc.
  • Monitor production process / Personal & product hygiene to ensure that all the products meet desire production standard first to last.
  • Communicate with the concerned person when problem arises and offer possible solution to help correct any mistake during manufacturing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product development issues.
  • Gaining feedback from the customers & respond to any complaints, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors.
  • Motivate team members to achieve plan goals.
  • All information and reporting must be shared to the Head of factory.

  • Experience with product formulation and sensory evaluation.
  • Knowledge of food safety and regulatory standards.
