Master’s Degree in Social Science, Sociology, Development studies and I any other relevant discipline from any recognized university.
|
- Minimum 05 years’ experience in reputed national/international NGO in Managerial Position (s). Minimum 3 years; experience in working with children and youth, TIP, GBV, CEFM, Education, and Child Safeguarding.
- Candidate should have working experience with Local Government Institutes, concerned government authorities and district & Upazila level.
- Should have willingness to work with multicultural environment and travel to remote areas.
- Must have excellent report writing skills in English including presentation skills.
- Adequate computer skills in office applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point), KOBO and any other data-management software.

The District Coordinator will be responsible for implementing project activities in the particular areas. S/he is responsible for monitoring program quality and documentation for the assigned District.
The District Coordinator will maintain effective coordination and liaison with the district and sub-district level Govt. authorities, UP chairman, and other stakeholders to achieve the project goal and objectives. S/he will maintain close coordination with Peer Leader, ANIRBAN volunteers, and Survivors network for strengthening and prevention of Child Early and Forced Marriage (CEFM), Traffic-in Person (TIP), and reducing GBV at the district and sub-district level.
Major Deliverables:
- Supervise the project activities at the field level.
- Organize different types of training for the field-level staffs, and stakeholders including CMPCs and GBV prevention committees and arrange staff coordination meetings. Maintain Districts level Accounts management system.
- Provide support to develop the staff work plan and implement it accordingly
- Provide skill development training to the members of the CEFMUs, Peer Leaders, ANIRBAN, CEFMU, and network members.
- Maintain liaison with District & Sub-district Administration, another Govt. department, NGOs, Local stakeholders, Networks, Union Parishad, journalists, and the local media.
- Facilitate to implement monitoring process of the project.
- Collect and documentation of success stories from the field level.
- Progress monitoring through regular field visits.
- Maintain field-level coordination with Winrock International officials for smooth implementation of the project.
- Work as the child protection focal point for keeping children safe during project implementation. • Prepared risk assessment during project implementation.
- Provide protection assistance to the CM survivors.
- Reports to the Project Manager.
