The Field Facilitator Girls Economic Empowerment (GEE) will be responsible for conducting wealth ranking for identifying targeted households at village level. He/She will conduct regular Courtyard sessions for groups and will provide supports for developing Family Development Plan, Business Development Plan & Individual Action Plans. The incumbent will also conduct local market scan, provide Technical Training Support &Training Facilitation and will provide technical support for promoting self and Paid employment Beneficiaries. S/he will Visit Beneficiary Households Regularly. She/he will be linkage without. & non Gov. Office. S/he reports to the Technical Coordinator GEE and based in assigned Upazila. |
