Position: Manager/Sr. Executive, Distribution Management

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage Countrywide Showroom & Store wise Distribution plan for smoother availability of Products.
2. Receive & complete the inventory of products released from port and from Factory after production.
3. Issue products as per model & color wise daily as per distribution plan.
4. Ware House space management and maintain proper ware house mapping.
5. Prepare inventory report daily basis and do a physical inspection Monthly, Quarterly and yearly.
6. Coordinate with Factory Production plan and with Commercial and Marketing Department for smoother supply chain.
7. Manage transport and movement to be recorded and the Issue bill and demand.
8. Update stock in Data Management System as follow on Factory CKD/SKD, Finished Good and Countrywide Store.
9. Inventory management by maintaining FIFO with proper Stock Ageing.
10. Notify respected Product In Charges for slow moving Stocks for faster clearing plan.
11. Ensure Stock accuracy by periodic stock verification.
12. Considering the Experience of Applicant, higher position will be offered.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements: Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements: 1 to 3 year(s) in Warehouse & Distribution.

Age Limit: 25 to 28 years

Job Location: Dhaka, Rajshahi, Bogra, Rangpur, Barishal, Khulna, Jessore, Cumilla, Chattogram, Sylhet.

Salary: Negotiable
