Job Context:

We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic Trainer who has experience in the Bangladesh Electronics Industry. This candidate should have at least 3-5 years of proven experience in the same field and who can constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the training field.

Position: Sr. Officer/ Officer- Training (Product & Customer Care)

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

• Work closely with visual display staff and department heads to decide how products should be displayed to maximize customer interest and sales;
• Arrange training about Customer Care & Product to increase the performance of overall sales staffs;
• Plan making for training & execution;
• Module preparation for sales staff’s training;
• Plan making to upgrade every individual Floor Sales Man (FSM) of sales about their behavior & Product Knowledge.
• In conjunction with sales department, develop sales training schedule that meet sales target achievement;
• Design produce & implement training program to meet specific knowledge about product;
• Training calendar preparation on regular basis & implement accordingly;
• Source and obtain specialist assistance to conduct training when needed. Facilitate management training(if required);
• Monitor all training activities conduct on & off site.
• Continuous on spot training implementation for sales channel.
• Area wise training arrangement for product knowledge up gradation of FSM.
• Identifying the low performing showroom & to take initiative for required training;
• Travelling all over Bangladesh for training purpose;
• Data analysis and technical skilled applicant will get preference;
• Vast product knowledge required for LTV, Refrigerator, Air conditioner, Washing machine & Microwave oven;
• Special task completion according to management instruction.
• Reporting will be under Head of Sales & Training.
