Job Description / Responsibility

• Project planning & Schedule development
• Management of Progress measurement system and reporting set-up & implementation.
• Progress / performance evaluation and reporting
• Turn-around planning and scheduling and implementation / monitoring
• Project Budget set up and cost control with combination of BOQ & Drawings
• Tender preparation
• Baseline management, resource loading and analysis, progress updates and cash flow integration
• Establish and define job oriented project control procedures and identify the level of resources required to operate
• Establish and communicate cost and schedule baselines and ensure cost control mechanisms are in place to monitor the performance
• Review overall project status with project management team and recommend corrective action whenever needed
• Ensure that all cost, planning and document control reports are prepared and issued in accordance with Project coordination procedures
• Liaise with all other departments at all meetings to project operations and ensure time and cost plans are updated to reflect latest information

Educational Requirements

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from any Engineering Institution plus strong experience in PRIMAVERA.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10 years in construction industry including township project. Candidate having 3-5 years work experience in Gulf countries is preferable.

Additional Job Requirements

• Age above 35 years
• Should have experience in working with mega construction project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates
• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a time-frame
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
