Assistant Manager - Sales

Key Tasks & Duties:

  • Rate collection from various Agent and Carrier, Negotiation Rate & assure to serve best service with competitive rate to Customer.
  • Budgeting, Create Sales Targets & Set financial Budgets & Coordinate Sales & CRM meeting to ensure smooth service to Existing & Newly secured customers.
  • Strategy setting to regain & retain lost & existing business.
  • Account management of existing client with coordination of respective CRM.
  • Manage and maintain weekly Activity Reports, Sales Pipelines and Sales forecasts.
  • Targeting new business opportunities, analysis business growth for future expansion.
  • SWOT analysis to cope up with the customers changing demands.
  • Arranging Customer Events & exploring Organization's Brand Image in local & overseas market.
  • Establish a Bankable relation with Overseas Partners by communicating/visiting.
  • Establish strong relationship with Shipping Lines/Airlines to secure better rates & services.
  • Ensuring smooth collection of Revenue within the time frame.
  • Detailed Business Review every Month with Top Management to ensure Health check of the business.
  • Supervising, Motivating & Monitoring team performance and reviewing their achievements VS set Target on Monthly basis.
  • Handle customers/ clients professionally.
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude.
  • Initiate Other assigned work by the Top Management as and when required.

Position Requirements:

  • Age limit: Maximum 40 Years
  • Educational requirements: Minimum bachelor's degree
  • Experience requirements:  Minimum 05 Years
  • Candidate must have experience in Freight Sales. We will only call candidates who has experience in Freight Sales.
  • Job location: Dhaka

  • Strong negotiation, observation, presentation, skills & professional approach.
  • Smart and confident with a professional attitude.
