Position: Asst. Producer/ Producer, under Program Department

Job Description / Responsibility:
  • Supports Coordinate Sr. Producer, Producers.
  • Show monitoring and assist R.J. and other members related to the program or event or commercials.
  • Maintain Logs and Archives audio data and associated data for future use.
  • Prepares R.J. schedule and transport schedule as per show/duty.
  • Accountable for strict adherence to established Production department.
  • Procedures undertaking general research for programmers;
  • General administrative duties for program department;
  • Arranging and overseeing guest visits and freelance staff;
  • Preparing contracts and payments for guests and contributors;
  • Assisting with the recording of transmissions;
  • Updating the program and ensuring that the on-air content is in proper way.
  • Any other job assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements: Minimum Graduation in any discipline from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate can apply/1 to 2 year(s) experience in relevant field or in similar position will be added an extra advantage.
  • Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

  • Age up to 30 year(s).
  • At least 7 (Seven) years Living/Studying in Dhaka is preferable.
  • Must possess good command in spoken & written English and Bengali.
  • Must be smart, energetic, confidant, self-motivated & good interpersonal skills.
  • Positive professional attitude;
  • Ability to work in team.
  • Willing to work extra hours & in rush situation.
  • Computer literacy is must.
  • Knowledge of the Radio market, different station and program styles, and audience demographics.

Salary Range: Negotiable.
