Currently we have a position as “Deputy Manager, Marketing” where the incumbent will be responsible for supervising the strategic marketing management team to achieve the short and long-term marketing goals and objectives related to the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).

Major Responsibilities:

• Responsible to prepare yearly marketing plan to achieve business objectives in terms of sales and profitability.
• Supervise the concerned strategic marketing management team for executing promotional plan to meet the yearly budget.
• Responsible to launch the new products or line extension according to the marketing plan.
• Analyze sales status and take necessary actions when & where required.
• Evaluate the team’s performance to identify the development scopes for their career progression.
• Ensure the discipline and compliance activities in workplace.
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the management.

Position Requirements:

• BBA & MBA major in Marketing from any reputed University.
• 7 to 9 years’ of experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) marketing.
