Currently we have a vacancy for the position of ‘Officer, Training’ where the incumbent will be responsible for providing training to Sales Team centrally, divisionally or zonally on a regular basis.

Job Responsibilities:

• To conduct classes of basic training for newly recruited sales colleagues (MIO/MPOs).
• To conduct refreshers training for existing field forces of all business units.
• To prepare and update the presentation slides and training modules, handouts of all
  the relevant topics.
• To prepare & evaluate the exam papers and compiling the results from time to time.
• To prepare & coordinate training plans of the assigned sales division.
• To maintain relevant documents/records of training and development events.
• To perform any other job assigned by the supervisor.

Key Requirements:

• M.Pharm/ MBBS from any well reputed University or Medical College.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in relevant field will be preferred but fresh candidates are
  also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent inter personal and business communication skill.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point) is a must.

Job Location: Dhaka.
