Pulse Bangladesh Society invites financial proposal & sample product  for Thami & Baju Set Procurement from the bona fide vendors/ manufacturers/ sole agents/ distributors/ service providers/ contractors [who hold legal rights to do business in Bangladesh especially in Cox’s Bazar] for the period of March 2026. Applicants having infrastructure, management capacity, supply capacity, financial strength and at least 2 (two) years of relevant experience with large organizations/ UN agencies/ diplomatic missions/ international and local organizations/NGOs/INGOs are eligible to submit tender. All procurement of Pulse Bangladesh Society is subject to the prevailing procurement policy of the organization.

The prospective supplier must abide by the suppliers code of Conducts, Do’s & Don’t in terms of supplier code & PSEA.

Interested vendors/ manufacturers/ sole agents/ distributors/ service providers/ contractors can submit their proposal on their business letterhead attaching all the relevant credentials mandatorily 1. Trade License 2.Vat 3. Tax 4. Trading account, 5. Professional Legal Documents, 6. Evidence of experience (at least 2 years), 7. Credentials (at least three recent work order from relevant category) in the designated tender box at Pulse BD Head Office or via courier from 04/03/2026 to 15/03/2026 from 9am to 5 pm (except Friday& Saturday) on the top of the envelope – Name of Applicant, Business Address and sealed properly.
