PSP Ind. Ltd. was incorporated as Private Limited Company. PSP Ltd. is an ISO CERTIFIED COMPANY. It has got BSTI LICENCE and Enlisted Company in PWD (Public Works Department) Schedule of Rates. It started production of Stainless Steel Pipe Section/Profile in 2009 and from then-on there was no looking back.

Job Responsibilities

  • Set strategic plan and implement tactical action to achieve organization objective.
  • Leading overall marketing and communication function.
  • Forecast market needs, assist in planning of project launching sequences to ensure monthly sales target achievement.
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
  • Supervise sales team and fix target and follow-up the activities of the team members to increase sales.
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
  • Generate massive leads through effective marketing communications design and execution.
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.
  • Survey market regarding product value, upcoming product and new strategy.
  • Communicate with clients through direct communication, advertisement, phone calls, personal visit for corporate groups and individuals.
  • Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate VOC data to superiors.
