PROTTYASHI invites applications for the vacant position titled- Sr. Manager-Training for the Training department in our head office.
Reporting:
Sr. Manager-Training will be reporting to the Head of Training on the progress of his/her assigned responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and evaluating training programs to help staff and management acquire the skills they need.
- To assist in conducting and coordinating all the soft skill training.
- To assist in preparing new training modules & keep improving according to identified areas of improvement.
- Identifying training needs and communicating with department to understand their needs.
- Designing and managing online learning experiences, such as webinars, e-learning modules, and facilitated online courses.
- Developing and implementing learning technology solutions to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees
- Teaching courses on topics such as safety and security management, humanitarian principles, and access and negotiations
- To find out the development area in the training materials, the evaluation system also follows the training matrix.
- To initiate different employee engagement programs to create an inspiring work environment.
- To assist in performing effective training, and identifying the gap through market surveys and feedback.
- Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA), design, facilitate & conduct training & development programs.
- Coach, train, mentor staff, and organize pieces of training to elevate their knowledge and understanding of the issue of gender, diversity, and disability inclusion.
- Work in institutionalizing the training modules and materials as well as capturing good practices and knowledge gained throughout the Microfinance and other Program
- Any other task assigned by supervisor/management.

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelors / Master’s degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Staff Training Facilitation, Develop Training Materials, Training need analysis.
- Minimum 05 years of working experience in the development sector with a minimum of 3 years in a Training in staff development.
- Inexperienced candidates need not apply.
Additional Requirements:
- Age 30 to 45 years
- Proven strong foundation & knowledge of principles & practices of training.
- Proficient with training methods, techniques & tools.
- Team Player, Multitasking, Strong Analytical Skill, Quick Learner.
- Tech Savvy, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office along with other software.
- Understanding Training related policies & procedures.
- Communication skills in both Bangla & English.
- Proficient with different digital professional platforms.
- Skilled to develop creative content for training materials.
- Ability to think analytically and conceptually in order to understand complex problems.
- Willing to travel when necessary.

Compensation & benefits:
- Monthly Salary: Monthly Gross Salary provision period 40,000 BDT after 3 (Three) month provision periods will be 51,834 BDT. The salaries of more experience candidates are negotiable.
- Contributory Provident fund, Gratuity, 2 Festival Bonus, Boishaki Bonus, Staff Welfare Fund, Lunch allowance, House loan regular traveling and communication bill.
