HR & Admin Officer will be reporting to the Head of HR & Admin on the progress of his/her assigned responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee records, including new hire on boarding, terminations, and updating employee information in the software system
  • Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
  • Coordinate and organize employee training sessions and maintain training records
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Monitor and manage employee time off requests, including sick leave, vacation, and personal days
  • Assist with the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters
  • Maintain compliance with local labour laws and regulation
  • Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
  • Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
  • Publish and remove job ads
  • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
  • Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelors / Master’s degree in any discipline
  • PGDHRM diploma priority will give.

Additional Requirements:

  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Human resource and administration.
  • Minimum 02 years of working experience in the development sector.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Monthly salary: Gross salary on probation period 35000/-BDT & after 3month probation period 40,000/-BDT
  • CPF, Gratuity, 2 festival bonus, Boishaki bonus, Staff welfare fund, Lunch allowance, Annual increments, Staff house loan, regular traveling & communication bill etc.
