Currently, we are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to join our team as a lead in the Investment Banking Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the Investment Banking Services including Equity Capital Market (ECM), Debt Capital Market (DCM), Advisory, and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) deals and other capital market transactions.
• Provide expert guidance and leadership to the teams responsible for ECM, DCM, Advisory, and M&A transactions.
• Proactively develop business in investment banking segments.
• Formulate and advise complex and appropriate financial instruments to potential clients.
• Ensure timely closure of deals/transactions.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify and create strong rapport with potential Investors, lending institutes, High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), ect.
• Liaise with regulators and other stakeholders connected to the transaction.
• Assist and represent clients in all phases of the transaction as and when required.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including risk management, legal, and compliance, to ensure transactions adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 10 years of proven experience in investment banking, with a focus on ECM, DCM, Advisory, and M&A transactions.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced degree and relevant certifications (CA, CFA, MBA) are a plus.
• Strong track record of successfully leading and executing complex financial transactions.
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets, capital structures, and regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to multitask, create innovative ideas and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements related to Corporate Governance, Equity, Debt and other capital market transactions.
