We are looking for qualified and experienced candidate for the position of Credit Manager, Credit Risk Management – MSME.

Major Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of credit analysts and supervise their day to day activities and ensure productivity of the Credit Analysts.
• Scrutinize and analyze loan applicant’s financial data and assess and evaluate the creditworthiness of loan application and process, review and recommend MSME credit proposal.
• Conduct visits to customer / business to assess the operational, financial and other aspects of the business to facilitate a prudent credit decision.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedure and external / regulatory requirements.
• Understanding on Conventional and Islamic Banking products.

Job Requirements:

• Sound knowledge about credit, industry and key regulatory policies / circulars.
• Ability to assess, analyze, evaluate, process and recommend MSME credit proposal.
• Graduation from any UGC approved local or reputed foreign university. MBA/MBM/MBS/M.com/Equivalent post-graduate degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in loans and advances in CRM.
