Job Context:
We are looking for dynamic and experience talent for immediate appointment of Manager (Production & Merchandising) position who has solid experience in factory base production and merchandising. He must have substantial, experience in the following areas and must be self-driven and self-motivated to take challenge & deliver high quality results.

Job Description/ Responsibility:

• To follow up in all stages of factory from sample making to shipment.
  
• To collect P.O. / Order sheet from concerned Head.
  
• To keep close contact with central store to know the actual In-house status of all relevant production materials and inform the same to factory Management in well ahead.
  
• To follow-up accessories in-house status in factory & keep management informed on the same.
  
• To closely work with factory management to execute the planned production.
  
• To co-ordinate all units of company for achieving company goal.
  
• In case of any shortage and delayed in-house of any accessories, should talk to factory Management in this regard to get it solved ahead of production.
  
• To follow-up Tannery, Cutting, Sewing and other all concern unit to ensure smooth production.
  
• To do production and finishing follow-up to ensure the planned production.
  
• To monitoring & follow-up all the Shipment scheduled.
  
• To prepare all necessary reports and submit to factory Management regularly.
  
• To follow up the company's & Buyers indicated laws & regulation & thereby maintain disciplines in all stages.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology.
  (Educational qualification is relaxed for experienced person)

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 year(s) in relevant industry.
  
• Working experience in Leather Factory will be added as advantages.
  
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Merchandising, Production (Garments Sector)

Additional Job Requirements:

• Age minimum 40 years.
  
• Only males are allowed to apply.
  
• Good skills in MS Word & MS Excel, Email writing.
  
• Good Communication Skill.
