Job Description/ Responsibility

• Recreating production schedule, reports and analysis.
  
• Maintain solid planning and follow up total production flow by balancing the production lines.
  
• Productivity, quality & waste control
  
• Responsible for overall factory administration.
  
• Need to capacity of stock management.
  
• Need to provide daily stock report to the management.
  
• Required minimum knowledge regarding VAT activities.
  
• Maintain product flow & required to place purchase requisition when needed.
  
• Identify cost reduction opportunities through planning and production data analysis.
  
• Develop operation & maintenance policy and schedule along with maintenance department.
  
• Plan and direct activities such as coordinating with other department heads as required.
  
• Ensure and maintain safe, clean and organized production floor.
  
• Monitor total factory's security systems function properly.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master in business discipline. (Educational qualification is relaxed for experienced persons)

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 year(s)
  
• Working experience in Coffee Company will be added as advantages.
  
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Factory, Store, Production, Transportation management, Courier handling etc.

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 30 to 40 years
  
• Only males are allowed to apply
  
• Strong leadership abilities, good communication & analytical skills and multi-tasking ability.
  
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Package.
