• Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the firm. Support and facilitate development and implementation of section business/ marketing plans.
• Manager in charge of all sales activities, departments and personnel involved in Sales and Marketing for the Company.
• Establish performance goals for all sales department employees, and monitors performance a continual basis.
• Coordinate sales operations with all other departments/ divisions of the Company.
• Develop and maintain and improvement business relations with all customer of the Companies.
• Formulate Strategy to convert competitors Key- Account & maintain good relation with company clients
• Upgrade clients about new facilities, pricing for F & B promotions and Banquet programs as well as entertain, corporate clients for future business. Gather market Intelligence on business developments.
• Gather Market Intelligence on business developments. Prepare market activity reports of competitors and submit repot to the General Manger.

Experience: 4-6 Years on related field.
