Job Responsibilities
- Must be target oriented.
- Relevant experience in market systems projects and managing sub-contractual relationships and/or grant agreements.
- Demonstrated ability to work and coordinate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- To develop and implement marketing strategies to increase the market value of Tractor, power Tiller, Reaper & Diesel Engine and compile and provide monthly statistics and commentary on sales and competitors activity to the management.
- Identify sales opportunities.
- Overall core goal is to establish the business growth through revenue income.

Educational Requirements
- Master of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience Requirements
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 45 years
- Only males are allowed to apply.
- Selling of Tractor, Harvester, and Power tiller within the territory of Bangladesh.
- Traveling if necessary, around the country and work in a professional manner.
- Collect the latest market information and incorporate them into a marketing plan/strategy
- Explore new markets to contribute to the sales growth.
- Excellent networking, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
