Job Responsibilities

• Execute preventive, breakdown and corrective maintenance of plant machinery, equipment and utilities to ensure minimum downtime
• Monitor performance and reliability of production and utility equipment and take timely corrective actions
• Maintain maintenance logs, history cards and equipment records as per GMP requirements
• Operate, monitor and maintain utilities including HVAC, AHU, purified water, RO, WFI, boiler, chiller, compressor, DG set and electrical systems
• Ensure continuous supply of utilities to production, QA, QC and warehouse areas
• Conduct routine inspections and performance checks of utility systems
• Ensure maintenance and utility activities comply with GMP, ISO and regulatory guidelines
• Support internal, external and regulatory audits by providing required technical documents and explanations
• Follow EHS guidelines and ensure safe operation of all equipment and utilities
• Prepare and update SOPs, work instructions and maintenance schedules
• Record deviations, breakdown reports and CAPA related to maintenance and utilities
• Assist in installation, commissioning, qualification and validation of new equipment and utility systems
• Support energy conservation initiatives and cost-optimization projects

Educational Requirement

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university with excellent academic records

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 2 year(s)

• Candidate should be career focused, pro-active, team player and well proficiency in computer literacy (MS Office)
