Job Responsibilities

• Conduct research to develop new formulations, processes, and technologies
• Improve existing products by enhancing quality, stability, and cost-effectiveness
• Perform laboratory trials, stability studies, and analysis to evaluate new and existing products
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, industry standards, and company policies
• Conduct document research findings, prepare reports, and present results to stakeholders
• Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and marketing teams to implement R&D initiatives
• Identify emerging trends, technologies, and competitive products in the market
• Assist in scale-up processes for manufacturing and troubleshooting technical issues

Required Qualifications & Competencies

Education:
B.Pharm Professional / M.Pharm from any reputed university with excellent academic records

Experience:
1–3 years in a pharmaceutical company, preferably in Research & Development
Freshers are also encouraged to apply

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Age:
Age limit is upto 30 (Thirty) years but may be relaxed to experienced & qualified candidates
