Job Responsibilities

  • Market Survey and sourcing new market
  • Collect Market information
  • Potential Channel Partner/ Dealer Sourcing for Hardware products i.e. Yale, Hafele, other PSL product range
  • Channel Partner/ Dealer Assessment & Establishment
  • Securing order from Channel Partner/ Dealer
  • Product selling through distribution Channel Partner/ Dealer
  • Create new business through new channel partner/ Dealer
  • Channel Partner/ Dealer relationship and account planning & monitoring;
  • Maintain business relations with Channel partners/dealers through interaction via meetings, telephone calls and emails;
  • To carry out sales calls within the region/territory/zone
  • Attend partners/dealers in a professional manner to identify their needs;
  • Smartly handle and resolve Channel partner's complaints;
  • Monitor stocks and initiate action to maximize sales through partner/dealer
  • Sales and Credit collection
  • Financial management and reconciliation with partner/dealer

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Minimum Graduation (Business Graduation Preferred)

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 6 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    • Relationship Management/ Key Account Management, Sales, Sales & Marketing

  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    • Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Retail Store, Wholesale

Additional Requirements

  • Age 28 to 36 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply.
  • Help customers select the best product for them;
  • Solve customer's queries and questions related to products and services;
  • Response promptly to satisfy customer's inquiries;
  • Collect information of potential clients for future reference;
  • Prepare detailed client profile for reference sale
  • Personal knowledge of products, sales techniques & promotions through continuous professional training and development;
