Plan International Bangladesh has its country office in Dhaka and has been implementing projects across Bangladesh since 2001. The organization has a strong presence in Cox’s Bazar district under Chittagong division since 2017. Along with our main office at Cox’s Bazar, we have one more field office at Ukhiya. As part of the current Disaster Preparedness Process (DPP) 4 , Plan international Bangladesh supports both the Rohingya and host communities through different projects.

Project’s Target Population and Location
Project location for the Midterm Study is in the 8 divisions (Dhaka, Photogram, Khulna, Rajshahi, Sylhet, Barishal, Mymensingh & Rangpur) of Bangladesh as implementation sites of the project.
The qualitative and quantitative data collection for this Midterm survey will require to cover among the national and local-level 316 numbers youth-led organizations, journalists of print, broadcast and online media, OTT Platforms, entertainment media personalities (actors and actress, film directors and producers), advertisement agencies, social media influencers, academic institutions, policy makers, relevant government officials of the ministries and non-government entities etc. reached through the projects.
Direct Project Participants: 13,515
Indirect Community Stakeholders: 4,000
Indirect Media & Advocacy Outreach: (±) 2 million people
- 12,690 youth of age 15 - 24 (50% female 50% male), men and women 5% youth with disabilities, 1% youth from diverse gender identities and indigenous people
- 350 Social Media Influencers and Local Content Creators 475 media, education institute authorities, teachers and government officials of age 24+

Proposal submission:
The application package that includes the technical and financial proposal should be submitted electronically to the email address: Planbd.consultant.hiring@plan-international.org with the title “Proposals for Mid Term Evaluation of Shomotay Tarunno: Youth for Equality Project” as subject line.
The proposals should be submitted in PDF format. Proposal submitted to any other email account except the one stated above or in any other form will not be considered. Submissions after the deadline will be treated as disqualified.
Submissions after the deadline on 04 March, 2026 will be treated as disqualified.
Two different folders i.e. technical and financial should be submitted into one zip folder with a covering letter addressing to Md. Enamul Haque, Admin & Procurement Specialist, Plan International Bangladesh.
