The Young Professionals Program is a starting point for an exciting career for passionate and potential youths to grow into impactful leadership roles across the development and humanitarian sector. It’s an one- year program that creates a platform for young airs to engage in intensive learning through on-the-job and formal training. It opens up opportunities to work on-ground and gives fascinating cross-functional learning stints. Plan International Bangladesh is looking for young and enthusiastic bunch of talents who are eager to make an impact by starting career as Young Professional under desired function:

We are now accepting applications to join in our YP Program and looking for applicants and welcome the fresh graduates from diverse academic and cultural backgrounds. To give varied experience, YP might work in multiple functions & expected to travel atleast 30% to different divisional once as when required.
