The Role:

ChildData is the global digital system used by Global Headquarters (GH), Country Office/Field Office staff and National Organisation staff to manage all aspects of child sponsorship. The Manager Sponsorship System and Operations is required to act as a technical person for dealing with ChildData and digital data collection systems and rolling out the new changes of system and orient outsourced and relevant staff through modules as and when required to handle smooth communications between the sponsored children and the sponsors.

What we’re looking for:

We need a self-motivated and energetic development professional with

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science/English /related subject from a recognized University with 3-5 years’ experience in sponsorship management in an INGO. S/he must be an advanced level user of Microsoft Office package with an understanding about database management system.
  • Leadership: Cultivates an environment where people are confident to take the initiative, be innovative and learn new ways of working
  • Communicates effectively: Adopts an appropriate communication style when communicating with the whole range of colleagues, partners, children and communities; exhibits active listening and effective feedback; ability to clearly and convincingly express thoughts and ideas in written and verbal form
  • Adopts a team style which adds value to work and reinforces good working practices
  • Demonstrates an understanding about the Child Protection Policy and compliance, applies the possible protection measures within the scope of job, and provides inputs for strengthening child protection measures.
  • Management: Manage resources (budgets and work) to deliver results to agreed quality standards; able to apply planning-leading-organizing-controlling skills
  • Understanding Plan International: Understands the role of Plan International and context in which Plan works

Monthly consolidated salary range for this role is Tk. 108,589.00 to Tk. 135,736.00 (may vary based on experience) along with other benefits i.e. Life Insurance, Hospitalization Insurance coverage along with Out Patient Treatment Benefit.
