The role and Scope:

HR & OD team of Plan International Bangladesh is responsible for the organisation's overall Human Resource Management work. A significant part of the team's work involves providing day to day support to programme and project colleagues. Working with HR&OD team, Young talent will gain practical experience required to deal within the workplace. It also serves as excellent training ground for developing the necessary “professional skills”, which are necessary for the career progression.

What we’re looking for

Fresh graduates with major in HR/Management from any discipline can apply. No professional experience is required but all academic courses have to be completed.
