Strengthening Monitoring Evaluation and Research and Knowledge Management (MER & KM) function is one of the significant current initiatives across Plan International to help to transform the lives of 100 million girls so that they can learn, lead, decide and thrive throughout the world. The role

As Research & Knowledge Management (R&KM) Specialist, you will be responsible to assist in developing annual R&E plan, identify research and evaluation questions in consultation with programme team, design appropriate methodology and deliver analytical report. You will develop TOR and assess proposals submitted by the external consultants/consultancy firm. Being a member of MER & KM team, you will support in conducting Annual Participatory Programme review, establishing downward accountability mechanism, etc. As R&KM Specialist represent Plan International strongly at different national and international forums, development debates, and other relevant occasions and actively contribute in organisational knowledge management.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a ‘to go’ and a passionate team member who is competent in conducting quantitative and qualitative researches and evaluations with little support, skilled in data analysis and producing analytical and useful study reports. A Postgraduate degree holder with three to four years’ experience in the similar role, preferably in development field.
