The Role:

Plan International Bangladesh is looking for a dynamic team member for the position of ChildData Coordinator for its Rangpur Divisional Office who will be responsible for ensuring timely processing of monthly Sponsorship communications items, letter translation, digital communications with the support of outsource persons. S/he will ensure qualitative National office inquiry (NOI) response following ChildData tracking system. S/he will ensure related Sponsorship commitments while supporting the Assistant Sponsorship Manager to develop the Programme Area Overview/Program Area Updates/SC cancellation, graduation.

What we’re looking for:

We need a self-motivated and energetic individual who has a degree in Social Science with at least 2-3 years’ experience in development sector. Has the experience of using various technological tools including MS Office package. Effective communication skills for satisfactory response to National office inquiries. Has experience of data tracking and protection.
