Pilot Bazar operates as a multi-sector trading company, working across:

• Women's Clothing, Cosmetics, (B2B, B2C): Marketing and Sales.
• Woman’s Home Appliance, Kitchen Item:
  
• Electronics, Mobile Phone (B2B, B2C) Marketing and Sales.
  
• Automobiles: Brand-new and reconditioned car sales, automobile consultancy, and after-sales service.
  
• Real Estate: Buying and selling of land, plots, houses, and apartments in prime locations across Bangladesh.
  
• Property Consultancy: Trusted guidance and documentation support for safe and transparent property transactions.

Job Context:

Pilot Bazar Ltd is a female-friendly multi-sector trading company founded and led by a woman entrepreneur. We are involved in a wide range of businesses, including Automobiles, Real Estate, Property Consultancy, Women’s Fashion & Cosmetics, Electronics, and Home Appliances.

We are currently expanding our dynamic team to strengthen our marketing, sales, and customer service departments. The selected candidates will be part of a passionate and professional environment where innovation, honesty, and growth are highly valued.

The ideal candidate should be smart, energetic, and customer-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure to achieve monthly sales and service goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Team management experience will be mandatory
  
• Lead, train & guide the sales team
  
• Achieve monthly sales targets & prepare sales reports
  
• Generate new clients and maintain long-term client relationships
  
• Present products, negotiate deals & close sales
  
• Communicate with clients via phone, office meetings & social media
  
• Support marketing & sales planning activities
  
• Participate in branding & promotional activities
• Full training will be provided on the car, flat & land product knowledge.

Employment Status: Full-time

Workplace: Office Work (Gulshan-1)

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor / Honors
  
• BBA / MBA preferred
• Education is valued, but sales ability & experience are our top priority.

Experience Requirements

• Team management experience will be mandatory
  
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
  
• Experience in Real Estate/Automobile is a plus (not mandatory)
  
• Must have basic computer proficiency
• Only experienced candidates will be prioritized.

Job Location: Gulshan-1, Dhaka

Salary: ৳25,000 – 50,000 (Monthly) Based on experience and performance
