JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:
1. Marketing Campaigns
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with company goals.
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, digital ads, social media, events, and direct marketing.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on analytics and customer feedback.
2. Digital Marketing
- Manage company social media profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and engage with followers.
- Update website content regularly and ensure SEO best practices are followed.
- Monitor website traffic using tools such as Google Analytics and generate performance reports.
3. Content Development
- Write and edit marketing materials such as brochures, blog posts, newsletters, press releases, and case studies.
- Coordinate with the design team to develop visually appealing content.
- Ensure brand voice and tone are consistent across all marketing materials.
4. Market Research
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, pricing, and customer needs.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and campaign performance data to inform future marketing plans.
- Prepare reports and presentations on marketing metrics and trends.
5. Event & Promotion Management
- Help organize promotional events, trade shows, product launches, and exhibitions.
- Coordinate logistics and support materials needed for events and sponsorships.
- Follow up post-event with performance metrics and lead generation analysis.
6. Coordination & Administration
- Maintain marketing calendars and assist with budget tracking and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align messaging and campaigns.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Professional Certification: DIGITAL MARKETING RELATED SHORT COURSE OR ANY DIPLOMA
ADDITIONAL CRITERIA:
- Minimum 2-3 years in relevant area
- Should be elegant, energetic and have pleasant personality
- Dynamic, self –motivated and excellent in interpersonal skill
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)
- Analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns and consumer insights.
- Excellent communication and leadership skill
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Good team player, well organized, initiative and detail oriented
JOB NATURE: Full-time and work at office
LUCRATIVE PACKAGE OF COMPENSATION:
Remuneration: 22,000/- to 28,000/-
Festival Bonus: 1 month full salary for two festival
Complementary Service: Grooming Package fixed
