JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Maintain corporate directives in matter related to human resources manpower, policies and procedures
- Ensure the proper process of deployment, joining and appointed related tasks, pre and post-employment reference check, record keeping of all recruitment related document and preservation for reporting
- Prepare job description and specification for the entire department
- Participate in the performance management system in accordance with established KPIs.
- Review, update and maintain employee files and other HR documents in an efficiently, timely, orderly and confidential manner and maintain HRIS database for HR
- Keeping records of employee attendance and leaves.
- Ensure smooth relationship between management and employees and mitigate any conflicts or grievance handling in consultation with management
- Work closely with various sections in a coordinating role, assist line managers to understand and implement related policies and procedures.
- Finding out employee training need and arranging end to end training involving internal and external trainers.
- Ensure proper training programs are functioning on regular basis.
- Conduct exit interview and employee final settlement of outgoing employee and prepare report for management.
- Support in arranging and organizing internal meetings and other departmental events.
- Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality of all information at all times.
- Perform any other jobs assigned by the management.
EDUCATION:
- Masters of Business Administration in HR
- Preferred professional certification PGDHRM
ADDITIONAL CRITERIA:
- Minimum 2-3 years in relevant area
- Should be elegant, energetic and have pleasant personality
- Dynamic, self –motivated and excellent in interpersonal skill
- Adequate knowledge of current labor law
- Strong analytical ability and decision making skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skill
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Good team player, well organized, initiative and detail oriented

LUCRATIVE PACKAGE OF COMPENSATION:
Remuneration: 22,000/- to 28,000/-
Festival Bonus: 1 month full salary for two festivals
Complementary Service: Grooming Package fixed
