The qualified candidate will be responsible for Business Development Manager for the Area to achieve the individual sales target by actively involved in primary & secondary sales monitoring and distributor hunting & maintain them as assigned by the management.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of the sales & marketing team ensuring that they are on track for achieving sales target.
- The candidate must be target oriented and work under the team supervisor or manager.
- Candidate must have to fulfill a minimum target fixed by the company quarterly basis.
- Market visit, client visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
- Recording Client information in systematic way as per company rules.
- Pre-sales preparation, sales presentation, negotiation of sales contract.
- To build a strong relationship with customers & searching potential target markets and customers for promotion of sales.
Education Requirements:
- B.Sc. Engineer in EEE from any reputed university.
Additional Qualification:
- Experience must be required from any one of mentioned area.
- Must have hard working and working mentality.
- The applicants must be Smart, Energetic & have sufficient knowledge in BBT, Sub-station & L.V component etc.
Experience: 8-10 Years
