Job Responsibilities
- To check E-mail correspondence regularly.
- Deed & Document prepare
- Office Excel & Word work
- Letter writing
- Drafting & Data entry
- Department reporting
- To maintain all important contacts database.
- Ensure filing, records and database of personal and business documents and maintaining utmost confidentiality.
- To prepare and maintain various reports for Top Management.
- To Prepare and send all inbound and outbound business correspondences to different Department/Companies/Organizations/Offices as instructed by the Top Management and initiate follow-up-action.
- To Follow-up actions on pending important issues
- To Follow-up necessary arrangements for traveling of Top Management that include ticketing and hotel reservation inside and outside the country
- To provide protocol services of the Top Management as and when necessary
Employment Status: Full-time
Workplace: Work at Head Office, Motijheel, Dhaka.
Educational Requirements
- Degree/Masters degree in any discipline.
- Skills Required: Analytical ability, Corporate Communication, Excellent interpersonal skills, Fluent In English & Bengali, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote,
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting Data Entry, Computer Operator, Data Entry Operator (Bengali), Data Entry Operator (Both English & Bengali), Data Entry Supervisor, Short Hand speed: English-80 , Bengali-60.
