Position: IT Support Service Executive - Level 2
IT Support Service
All Service Levels under this Service Position shall fulfill the below requirements:
- Responsible for maintaining Company's computer systems by providing on-site technical assistance, addressing hardware, software & network issues, resolving technical problems, and ensuring optimal system operation.
- Service under all levels include applying IT Service Management (ITSM) principles to enhance service delivery, ensuring that processes are standardized, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.
- Use Service Now ticketing system to manage and track support requests efficiently. Additionally, offer user support and training to ensure high levels of customer service.
- Key performance measurements for service quality includes
- regular system maintenance,

- Accurate documentation of support activities
- Collaboration with Company IT team and other Contractor team members and vendors. Ensure compliance with company policies and stay updated with IT trends and best practices.

IT Support Service Executive - Level 2
Candidate will provide Senior IT Support Service, which will meet the minimum requirements in the IT Support Service Level 1 description set forth in Section 1.1 above, in addition to the following minimum requirements:
- Level 2 IT Support Service shall be ensured with Contractor personnel having 8+ years of technical experience in desktop support or system administrator role
- Advanced Hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Capable to provide best-effort support for non-standard devices
- Troubleshooting/supporting Windows platform 10/11 (32bit and 64bit), Office365, OneDrive, Outlook, and SharePoint Online
- Troubleshooting/supporting mobile devices (IOS and Android), Mobile Device Management (“MDM”) Console, and Intune
- Experience on IT ticket management
- Knowledge of the concepts and policy controls of Active Directory
- Knowledge of Service Now and ITIL processes and documentation standards
- Provide smart hands support for other network & telecommunications infrastructure (i.e. Coordinate with cabling contractor; Wi-Fi systems; Radio systems (VHF, UHF, 2-way, repeater, etc.)
- Installation / maintenance / troubleshooting; battery power systems installation/ maintenance/ troubleshooting
- Communicate technical concepts in layman's terms
- Communicate with other support groups and third-party vendors to provide seamless support to Company
- Adhere to Company's Change Management Process, BCP and DR Plans
- Identify the root cause of reported incidents and perform work around as appropriate
Education
- (Masters of Science (MSc)/ Bachelor of Science(BSc) from any reputed University.
Experience
- Minimum of 2-5 years in similar position.
- Good understanding of the soft services market sector.
- Essential: Proven track record of in Computer Science / IT support Service.
Special Requirements/Skills
- Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
- Ability to work with a team to achieve set targets.
- Should be smart, dynamic and proactive with positive thinking approach.
- Working in Cleaning Company/ Facility Management Services will add advantage.
- Ability to lead & develop people and ready to work under stress & pressure.

Age Limit: Preferably 45 years.
