Position: Executive / Sr. Executive- Sales

Department: Sales & Marketing

Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop sources of potential clients.
  • Communication with corporate level of different reputed Organizations/Clients and keeping the relationship.
  • Monitoring the sales & marketing and developing the business.
  • Bringing clients on board by Tender and Bid for Regular or general services and Total Facilities Management.
  • Assist the line manager to keep departmental administration in order and lead the team.
  • Lead would be generated by own.
  • Regular customer visit and weekly visit plan.
  • Maintain data bank & proposal tracking
  • Preparing Technical proposal and Costing for financial Quotation.
  • Other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Education

  • BBA/ MBA in Marketing from any reputed University.

Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in similar position.
  • Good understanding of the soft services market sector. 

Special Requirements/Skills

  • Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
  • Ability to work with a team to achieve set targets.
  • Should be smart, dynamic and proactive with a positive thinking approach.
  • Working in Cleaning Company/ Facility Management Services will add advantage.
  • Ability to lead & develop people and ready to work under stress & pressure.

Age Limit: Preferably 30-40 years.

Salary: Negotiable
