Position: Sr. Manager-HR

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare & process timely distribution of Salary, bonus, increment Salary slip, leave encashment and full & final settlements.
  • Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening the candidates/ helping in recruitment and selection processes.
  • Maintaining /Updating Leave Records.
  • Handling the full and final settlement of the employees.
  • Ensure Health and Safety System for workers according OCS Requirement.
  • Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
  • Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality
  • Conduct employee orientation and facilitate newcomers joining formalities Maintain and regularly update master database (personal file, personal database, organ gram) of each employee.
  • Resolve grievances or queries that any of the employees have. Escalate to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue.
  • Conduct exit interviews for employees and record them accordingly.
  • Review job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and update them in consultation with the respective Managers.
  • Keeping records of staff insurance and get it renewed in due time.
  • Regular correspondence with the Expatriate and make Invitation Letter
  • Maintaining legal requirements related to HR and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Maintenance Office vehicle
  • Maintaining Labour issues according DIFE compliance
  • Board Meeting notice sending, consolidating of all departmental report, minutes sharing with the Board
  • Conducting yearly CSR
  • Chevron Payroll, Medical and Leave management
  • Training
  • Prepare and manage monthly budget for human resources operations.
  • Policy Preparation and upgradation
  • Bank Account Opening
  • Agreement checking and list tracking and share data with respective department
  • HR site visit and auditing by HR Executives and update the discrepancy to respective department.
  • Arranging coordination meeting regularly
  • Manage and monitor corporate sim number and bill.
  • Maintaining DIFE compliance and record and Register preparation in respective sites.
  • AOB

Educational Requirements

  • Masters/MBA from a reputed university
  • Preferred Professional Certification: Post Graduation Diploma in HRM also added benefit for the candidate
  • Skills Required: Administration, Human Resource

Experience Requirements

  • 8 to 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bangladesh Labor Law

Additional Requirements

  • Age 35 to 40 years
  • 8-10 years' experience of working in Administration , Human Resources Management profession both in multinational and local environment.
  • Sound knowledge on Human Resource Management/ Development, legal framework and other relevant issues.
  • Hands on experience in working knowledge of Salary Software , data analysis and performance/operation metrics;
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practice;
  • Aptitude to decision making and problem solving ability;
  • Excellent management leadership skills as well as facilitation and capacity building for inter-linkages;
  • Conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills;
