Position: Maintenance In-Charge/Engineer

Educational Requirement:

• B.Sc/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical

Additional Requirements:

• Age: 28 to 45 years
• Must have positive mindset up to work in any critical environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts, on-call, and during emergencies or production shutdowns.
• Experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), automation systems, and industrial control systems is highly preferred.
• Quick decision-making ability under pressure to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee and execute repairs, adjustments, and upgrades of machinery and utilities.
• Plan and manage maintenance schedules to minimize production disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to develop solutions for recurring issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts usage.
• Supervise maintenance contractors and service providers as required.
• Support installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for machine reliability and performance.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and energy conservation.
• Train and support machine operators in basic maintenance activities.

Experience Requirement:

• The applicants should have experience in Poultry, Fisheries, Livestock, Dairy, Agro based factory operation & maintenance at least 5 years.
