Position: Zonal Head

Educational Requirement:

• Masters/Bachelor Degree in any discipline (Highly capable candidate will be given preference).
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from a reputed institute is preferable.
• Agriculture/Veterinary/Fisheries Degree holders are highly encouraged to apply. Diploma degree holders can also apply.
• For highly experienced candidate, educational qualification can be relaxed.

Additional Requirements:

• Age: 28 to 45 years
• Must have positive mindset up to work in any critical environment.
• Must have basic mathematics knowledge.
• As a transferable job, must have a mindset up to work anywhere in Bangladesh in anytime according to company’s requirement.
• Only males are requested to apply.
• Must have valid driving license & smart phone.
• Presentable & friendly.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Achieve company sales target with proper planning and execution.
• Able to handle sales team.
• Work with energetic marketing team and follow the instruction of head of Marketing and Sales.
• Supervise/ monitor territory sales executives in order to raise sales volume.
• Provide technical or any other support to the dealers regarding sales.
• Development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
• Able to handle clients and satisfy them with set service polices of the organization.
• Execute all marketing activities as per the set plan of the organization.
• Ready to take additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management.
• Any other assignment given by the management time to time.

Experience Requirement:

• The applicants should have experience in Poultry, Fisheries, Livestock, Dairy, Agro based sales operation at least 5 years.
