For Data Collection and Data Entry Service in Training Management System  

Pathfinder International, in partnership with IntraHealth International, and with strategic support from the Obstetrics-Gynecology Society of Bangladesh (OGSB), WHO and University of Dhaka is implementing the USAID Accelerating Universal Access to Family Planning (AUAFP) project in Bangladesh. The goal of AUAFP is to contribute to the improved health and human capital in Bangladesh.  In Bangla, the project name is “Shukhi Jibon”.

The project will support the strengthening and expansion of access to quality Family Planning (FP) services through a collaborative health system capacity building partnership with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), including the National Institute of Population Research and Training (NIPORT), the Directorate General of Family Planning (DGFP), and the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).

The Activity will serve the people most in need of quality FP services and information of all 32 districts in 4 divisions (Dhaka, Mymensingh, Syhlet and Chattogram) with lower FP use and populations facing the greatest access barriers, such as unmarried adolescents, newlyweds, first-time parents, and postpartum, post-abortion care, and post-menstrual regulation clients.

The project will apply an integrated gender transformative approach that will catalyze opportunities for individuals, communities, and the public sector to recognize and address the root causes of harmful gender norms, promote female leadership within the health system and communities, and reform gendered power inequities.

The broad objective of this assignment is to Collection of data from several training institutes across the Bangladesh and complete data entry work in Training Management System.
