Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with production technology and parameters according to BMR and BPR.
- Maintain proper documentation of batch production and packaging processes.
- Monitor production conditions (equipment, environment, and personnel) to ensure GMP compliance.
- Support validation of equipment and processes when required.
- Assist in training of production staff on GMP and technology requirements.
- Support implementation of new technologies in production.
- Monitor hygiene and safety standards in production and packaging areas.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (science/ engineering background preferred).
- Proven hands-on experience with:
- Romaco Noack N623 (blister line)
- Romaco Promatic P91 (packaging line)
- IMA T135 (blister line)
- IMA K150 (packaging line)
- Strong knowledge of GMP standards in production and packaging.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in related field is required.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
