RFP for development of “A Strategic Guidelines with tools for Risks Management & Mitigation”.

PARI Development Trust hereinafter PARI started its journey as a national NGO in 2003 registered with NGO Affairs Bureau. PARI is working in 7 districts under Mymensingh Division with its head office in Mymensingh City Corporation. The main objective of PARI is to build the comprehensive capacity of the community through establishing People’s Institution/CBO comprised of underprivileged men and women so that they can run and manage development interventions even after the phase out by PARI. PARI implements diversified programs included integrated community development, food security and livelihood, maternal and new born health, child rights, market-based program and nutrition programs with the financial supports of outside funding partners. Through implementing programs, PARI faces lots of challenges and risks from outside organization, and some of them are critical to handle it. In this situation, PARI board and management decided to develop an organizational strategic guidelines which will be used as common tools for the staff and community to identify, handle and manage the potential risks/challenges skillfully in order to smooth operation of the planned activities subsequent to expected results.

The purpose of this assignment is to develop a Strategic Guideline with tools for the organization on how to assess, handle or address the potential risks and take necessary preventive measures to mitigate the risks in order to smooth operation of the organization’s programs or interventions.

The interested consultant/firm should submit the following documents

• A cover letter (max 1 page)
• Organizational/personal profile/ CV
• Technical (maximum 6 pages) and a separate financial proposal
• A document proving the legal entity of the applicant (e.g. trade license, TIN and VAT registration or any other registration deemed necessary).
• An evidence of proven experiences on doing the similar work in the past. 

The interested consultant/firm is requested to submit a technical proposal and a financial proposal with other necessary documents by May 13, 2024 to pdtrecruitment62@gmail.com . The subject line shall be; “Consultancy to develop a Strategic Guideline with tools to assess, handle/manage the potential risks and take necessary preventive measures to mitigate the risks in order to smooth operation of the programs/ interventions.
